HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have had this printer for about a month now. I get it to where it prints fine and then days later when I go to print something else it will say "printer offline" EVERY single time. I do not know what else to do. I have been on the phone so many times and countless hours trying to get this issue fixed. The last person I spoke with on the phone patched into my computer and assured me that the issue was finally fixed. Uh...no!!!! STILL can't print. I love this printer but i am at my wits end and about to just send it all back. Because this is frustrating. Help!!! Anyone have any solutions for me?

Hi @guerreli,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-In-One Printer is showing as connected to the internet but offline, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check your printer's connectivity: Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device. You can do this by printing a Network Configuration Page from your printer's control panel. If your printer is not connected to the network, you may need to reset your printer's network settings and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart your printer and computer: Turn off your printer and computer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn them back on. This can help to refresh the printer and computer connections.
  • Check the printer queue: If there are any pending print jobs in the printer queue, try clearing them. This can help to resolve any printing errors that may be causing the printer to go offline.
  • Update your printer drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer or mobile device. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
  • Check for firmware updates: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for firmware updates from your printer's control panel or by visiting the HP website.
  • Reinstall the printer: If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling your printer. This can help to reset any settings that may be causing the printer to go offline.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
