Product: TH19H6N0JP
My OfficeJet Pro 6978 is listed as "unavailable" in the iOS HP Smart app, as well as my Windows devices, when I attempt to print a document.
The printer is connected to my wifi network, which I can confirm via my internet provider's app as well as the printer's interface directly.
I have attempted to 1) reset my router, 2) unplug the printer from its power source for 60 seconds, 3) disconnect and reconnect the printer to my home network, and 4) set up the printer a new device, but all troubleshooting attempts have been unsuccessful.
How can I get the printer reconnected to HP features?
