Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

My printer is on, it works to scan and copy but it is "Unavailable" in the Smart HP app and I can't get anything to print from my phone (Android) or my computer (Acer Chromebook). I run through the trouble shooting, it is on, they are all connected to the same network, there are no jams...i'm going crazy. Help!
