I don't have the download disc, so I've been trying to find the correct link to download my HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series to my Windows 7 64-bit desktop.
Yes, Windows 7. My PC is running perfectly. Can someone send me the link? For some reason, the one on the HP page doesn't work.
Thanks, Scott

Hi @ScottW10,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
You can try downloading the driver for the HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One printer from HP's website directly. Here’s a step-by-step guide.
- Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the HP support page for printers: HP Support - Download Drivers.
- Search for Your Printer Model: Enter "HP OfficeJet Pro 8028" in the search box and select the model from the dropdown list.
- Select Your Operating System: Make sure to choose "Windows 7 64-bit" as your operating system.
- Download the Driver: Look for the driver download link that corresponds to your operating system and download it.
- Install the Driver: Once the file is downloaded, open it and follow the installation instructions.
If you’re having trouble with the HP website link or the driver download isn’t working, you can try these alternative steps:
- Use HP Smart App: Sometimes the HP Smart app can help detect and set up your printer. Download it from the Microsoft Store and follow the setup instructions.
- Windows Update: Sometimes Windows Update can find and install a suitable driver for your printer. Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
