Hello,

My printer, LaserJet Pro M102W, was in sleep mode and power light was blinking, I shut it down. Next day printer was offline both USB and Wi-Fi. I have tried all possible means, Scan doctor, re installation (deleting off relevant file from computer too), those were not working.

Reset is not working, pressing and holding the Resume/Cancel button, Wi-Fi and Resume/Cancel button too.

I can turn on or off almost immediately by pressing power button, it was not like this before.

 

Please Help Me, Thank you.

So, your problem is that your computer do not see printer anymore? Show as offline?
