Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Any ideas on how to unlock printer?  Printer doesn't come up hOW TO RESET PRINTER,, AS I CANNOT UNLOCK IT!  when I try to get the wireless to work, even with it connected with USB.
