It is probably online but it has a different IP address than what your PC is holding. The printer probably woke up from sleep and the router gave it a different IP address.

Many HP and other OEM printers have problems with the router when the router has two bands and both bands have the same name (SSID). Log into the modem and rename one of the bands. Alternately, contact your ISP and have them rename a band.

Re-connect your printer using HP Smart or whatever tool you have.  Once connected, log into the modem / router, locate the DHCP server and make the printer's IP address fixed or reserved.

Alternately print directly to the printer and bypass the modem / router.

General help as I do not know your printer model.
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as there may be videos to show how to connect.
