My new printer is showing as unavailable. I am running Android version 13.

 

It is hooked up to my wifi correctly and all related buttons are lit accordingly.

Is this the first time you are connecting your printer with your Android 13?

I am where I sign in with my username and password, however, it keeps taking me back to the same page to sign in over and over and I cannot proceed to setup my printer because of this.

Ok, managed to get HP Smart to recognize me and allow me access.

 

Now, my wifi is setup on my printer, etc. My Bluetooth is on but when I scan to add my printer, my bluetooth/mobile device fails to 'see' it.
