Printer is shown as offline

My printer (HP Officejet Pro 8620) is displayed as offline, even though it is connected to my Wi-Fi network. I haven't found any solutions online, and the only temporary fix is to restart the router. It's incredibly frustrating to have to do this every time I need to print something so I was wondering if I could get some help.

Here's some other things I tried that didn't work:
-Made sure my computer and printer are connected to the same network
-Restarted my computer
-Restarted my printer
-Removed and re-entered the Wi-Fi network on the printer
-Removed and re-registered the printer to my computer

-Checked for updates via HP Smart

-Run the HP Smart troubleshooter

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Officejet Pro 8620). Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Let's try resetting the printer and check once

1) Take out the cartridges.  

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.  

3) Wait for 30 seconds.   

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.  

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Update the printer firmware
