I am getting a message on my touch screen on the printer which says:

The Printer update could not be downloaded Touch Retry to start the download again

 

When I touch retry nothing happens.

When this is on the screen it doesn't allow me to print

If I switch off an on it then connects to allow me to print but soon reverts to the error message,

 

When I log into  HP SMART to scan items, it doesn't connect for me to scan.

 

I have tried disconnecting from the wifi and reconnecting - no change

I have tried disconnecting from the power source - no change

 

Any ideas how to clear this ?
