I have a MacBook Air and the printer stopped working.  I called Apple Support and they removed the printer to then re-install.  It now cannot be re-installed.  The rep told me that this is an HP issue and I needed to get in touch with them. They said the printer may not be supported any longer.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
