Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer has been printing the wireless quick start guide at random intervals when it is fully set up on wifi. It is wasting a lot of ink and paper and I can't work out how to stop it.

I have run through the setup again hoping that would clear it but it is still doing it. I also reset it, and the firmware is up to date.

I have resorted to keeping it off unless I am using it which is an inconvenience and interferes with hp instant ink. 

Any help will be appreciated.
