I am trying to re-establish a wifi network connection but i receive the message that "this  feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer" .... which was me but I don't recall "locking" anything.   I see where others have had this same issue and a private message was sent to factory reset.   Is it possible to either send me a private message OR put the steps on this forum so that others who face this issue will have answers at the ready?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand the printer is locked and you are unable to make changes.

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
