Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Email this morning from HP saying they've not heard from my printer recently. The icon for internet is light up and I have turned off my printer and restarted it and the icon is still light up. I've tried going through HP Customer Support but that said they couldn't 'see' the printer. I checked January's print history and that seems to be OK but it hasn't registered the 5 sheets I've printed this month. (I have an Instant Ink plan).
I don't know what to do now.
