Product: HP ENVY Photo 6220 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP envy 6220 suddenly stops printing from other units in my wifi. I have reset and restarted printer. HP smart on PC says Printer Ready and prints eg PDF file (same wifi network).  Message on mobile (which cant print) says "printer has new certificate. Printer panel shows emailadress that is different from emailadress  by HPinstantink (where printer has no webservice). Alas, printer information differs between printer and hpinstantink. How can I possible get printer syncronised with hpinstantink. (HPscan&doctor - yes)
