Hi Everyone,

My issues - The Information Light is blinking while Wi-Fi light is stable and connected.

Checked the instant Ink all in order.

The printer is interacting with laptop with a bit of sound trying to roll papers and print all of a sudden it stops 

Printer status on Laptops saying - Printing

  • Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. The stable Wi-Fi light indicates it's connected, but it's good to verify this.
  • Restart Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Restart both your printer and your laptop.
  • Check Print Queue: On your laptop, check the print queue to see if there are any pending print jobs. If there are, try clearing them out and resend the print job to see if it completes.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually update the firmware through the printer’s settings menu or the HP Smart app.
  • Reinstall Printer Software: If updating firmware doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software on your laptop. This can often resolve communication issues between the devices.
