My printer is able to see my WIFI/Network name but when I select it, the printer is not able to connect after I entered the password of the network. The printer automatically restores the previous settings

I this your first time connecting that printer to a wi-fi?

Have you made any changes to your wi-fi?

 

 

The printer can connect only to 2,4GHz wireless, if you have a new wireless router on 5GHz wireless you can't connect the printer to it.
