Been wrestling with this for an hour or so. 

Message on the Printer = "Connect printer to the internet to update your HP instant ink status."

I click Connect

The printer prints out a page saying "This printer is currently not configured with a Domain Name System (DNS) server address. On most networks, not having a DNS server address can prevent the printer from accessing Web pages over the internet"

Another Message on the Printer = "DNS/Gateway Problem. The printer could not connect to the server. Contact the person who set up the printer [that's me]. Touch "Print Report" to diagnose the problem or OK to exit.

Tried the virtual assistant. 

On hold for 30 + minutes to chat with support.
