I have restarted, unplugged, and deleted the printer both off my computer and off the HP Smart app. I tried to reinstall the printer on HP smart and the set-up process is fine but when I go to print something I get an error on the HP Smart app that the printer is not connected to the internet. The printer shows a solid blue light and the Printer Settings shows its connected.
