All the sudden my printer is showing offline. It worked fine two days ago. I did an update of the app around then too but it's not working from my mac air (OS Big Sur 11.4) or my phone. Not good, I need to print often. Tried rebooting modem, printer, laptop and phone. Still nothing. Diagnostics show the printer is connected to the wifi just fine. Help!

HP Recommended

It's working now. I unplugged it vs the off switch and it worked after that. Whew!
