I have recently switched internet providers. I had set up my printer. I went to link it to my T-Mobile home wifi router, but I can not connect to the wifi for my printer. I've followed all instructions from the wireless quick start guide, and still no luck in connecting the printer.

Hi @ericslittlebaby,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding connecting your HP DeskJet 2635 All-in-One Printer to your new Wi-Fi network!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Restart the Printer and Router:
- Turn off your printer and router.
- Wait for about 10 seconds before turning them back on. Sometimes this can resolve network connectivity issues.
Check Connections:
- Make sure your Chromebook is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you’re trying to connect your printer to.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong enough to reach the printer's location.
Restore Network Settings on Printer:
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on your printer for about three seconds. This will reset the wireless settings.
- Once done, the printer returns to Wi-Fi setup mode, indicated by the blinking wireless light.
Use the HP Smart App for Setup:
- Download the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store (if not already installed).
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your printer to the Wi-Fi network. The app helps you complete the setup easily.
Manual Connection via WPS:
- If your router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), press the WPS button on the router, then press and hold the Wireless button on the printer.
- Keep it pressed until the wireless light starts blinking, and wait for it to stabilize, indicating a successful connection.
Check Router Settings:
- Ensure that your router’s settings allow the printer to connect. Check that MAC address filtering is not enabled, as this can block devices from connecting.
I hope this helps.
