To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?

May I have the exact name and number of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
