Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi - I cant get my printer to print from my phone or from my chromebook after it had been working with no problem for years. Ive tried unplugging and re-setting, ive added printer to network and connected using a usb. All normal untill I try to print and then it says printer couldnt connect to network. Im not sure what else I can try?

Hi @Lulu-1996 

Just make sure that the network your printer is connecting to a 2.4G network, because this printer model is compatible to work with that network.

 

Then follow steps from the next video:
