Hello, my printer has suddenly stopped working. No matter what I do from all of the help and support online, it will not connect to my WiFi. 

The 'i' button is constantly lit - it didn't do this a month ago.

The WiFi blue light is blinking. 

All the printer will do, is churn out the 'help' to reconnect the printer, which has done nothing. My printer information, just states that it is offline. The issue is not with my devices as I have printed from my phone and laptop to other printers with no issues.

I have had the printer unplugged over the Christmas period - it has not been plugged in for over two weeks, It STILL will not connect to my WiFi. Nothing about my WiFi has changed, it is the same as I have had since I have had the printer,

I am close to binning the printer and buying something that doesn't require all of this faff with an app and online bumpf.

Please help! I just want to print with ease.
