Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

The printer can connect to the wifi and can be managed by a device on the same network using the IP address, but can't connect to web services. It was able to scan and send an Email, but nothing else that I can tell. I'm assuming that the fact that it's low on toner isn't going to affect whether it can connect.

Thank you I hadn't though to manually check for updates in the service menu. I thought it would check for updates when it powered on and connected to the internet.
