HP OfficeJet Pro 9014e All-in-One Printer

Since a few days I get a warning every time I print on my 9014e printer that it is not connected to the internet . When I press the OK button the print continues...

But the page count on HP smart is increasing, so the printer is connected..., it is not related to my router or my internet provider because I even tried by using my mobile phone as hotspot... (to exclude problems with my internet provider).
But still the same message...

I am afraid now that my Instant Ink cartridge will not arrive anymore...

I tried about everything I found to solve this problem (power off/on, reconnecting it using Wifi and direct ethernet connection, fixed and dhcp addresses, resetting the webservices, etc, etc...), the problem remains (and it has the latest firmware).
So I am out of solutions...

Does somebody know if a factory reset would create problems with my instant ink configuration?
