Hi @AJ3755,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Here are some steps you can follow to reconnect your HP DeskJet 3755 All-In-One Printer to your WiFi network:

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off your printer, router, and computer or mobile device.
  • Wait for 30 seconds, then turn on your router.
  • Once the router is fully up and running, turn on your printer and then your computer or mobile device.

Reset Network Settings on the Printer:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer at the same time for 5 seconds. This will reset the network settings to default.

Reconnect to WiFi using HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device if you haven't already.
  • Open the HP Smart app and click on the “+” sign to add a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer and connect it to your WiFi network.

Using WiFi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • On your printer, press and hold the Wireless button for about 3 seconds until the wireless light starts blinking.
  • Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
  • Wait for the printer to connect to your network. The wireless light on the printer will stop blinking once the connection is established.

Manual Wireless Setup:

  • On your printer, press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time to print a network configuration page.
  • Note the IP address listed on the network configuration page.
  • Open a web browser on your computer and type in the IP address to access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).
  • Go to the Wireless settings section and follow the prompts to connect the printer to your WiFi network.
