Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Although my printer is connected to the network the blue internet icon is not lit up.  When I try to print from my phone i get a "no air printers found" message.  I tried the steps in a previous thread that changes the IPV4 settings and that did not solve the problem.
