HP Officejet 8610 all in one printer does not

find network. All iPhone, iMac, tablet and Mac air devices find network. I have reset printer to factory settings. I have powered off all devices and powered back on in order of xfinity router, phone and laptop, connected them to network, then powered on printer and it still does not locate network. Also tried manual input of network, but it still does not find it. Any suggestions on how to get this printer to find network?

Hi please kindly check and see the serial number of the printer this physically on the printer then please kindly check and see if the printer serial number matches on the screen.
