Have not used the printer for a while. When turned on, it is silent and only the wireless icon flashes, all others off, and no noise or attempt from the device to align itself as it warms up.

The printer cannot be found by my  computer, have updated to windows 11 since purchase, unsure if that is an issue.

Many attempts to find the printer on the HP Smart app have failed, simply says offline but all attempts to rectify this have failed. Have turned the printer on/off several times, along  with the  home internet (all other devices are connected perfectly).

The silence when switching on has made me think perhaps there is another issue with the printer itself, but I am far  from computer savvy, and have spent a few hours in vain attempting to connect.

I hope someone can assist, let me know if more details are required.

I understand you are facing a blinking light issue with your Printer not being found, and cannot connect HP Envy 6032 Printer Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Let's perform a power drain: 

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Remove the USB cable, if present.
  • Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
  • Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer and wait till the warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle

Update the printer firmware 

 

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product
