I have a ENVY Photo 7134. Error code showing 00829C98 - blue screen, 'power' symbol above it.  Cannot do anything with it. Tried the power off, remove cartridges thing but no good

Thanks Fabio but it did nothing for me.  Any other ideas? It is about 5 yrs old so maybe the big heave-ho is in order.
