Hi @Ushapillai,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2675 All-in-One Printer is not connecting to your laptop or mobile devices and you're also having issues with the scanner, try these troubleshooting steps.
Printer Connection Issues
Check Wireless Connection:
- Ensure that your printer and device (laptop or mobile) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your router to refresh the network connection.
Restart Devices:
- Turn off the printer, laptop, and mobile device. Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
Reinstall Printer Software:
- Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers and software for your printer model.
- Install the software on your laptop and follow the instructions to set up the printer.
Update Firmware:
- Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the printer’s control panel.
Check Printer Settings:
- On your printer, go to the setup menu and ensure that the wireless feature is turned on.
- Print a network configuration page from the printer’s control panel to check the connection status.
Check for Printer Errors:
- Make sure there are no error messages or warnings on the printer’s display.
Scanner Connection Issues
Check Scanner Driver:
- Make sure that the scanner driver is correctly installed on your laptop. You can reinstall it from the HP Support website.
Use HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your device and see if it detects the printer. If it does, you should be able to use the scan function through the app.
Check Scanner Settings:
- Ensure that the scanner is selected as the default scanning device in your scanning software.
Perform a Reset:
- Try resetting the printer by turning it off, unplugging it from the power source for 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.
Check Connections:
- If you're using a USB connection, ensure that the cable is securely connected to both the printer and the laptop.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
