My printer has a couple of issues.

1.  I installed CF404A.  It is secure and in place.  But, the printer states to turn off printer and remove and re-install.  I did a chat with one of your techs and they suggestion that I turn off the printer and remove the power cord.  Then hold the start button for 20 seconds and then plug the printer back in.  That worked and the printer started up with no issues.  I had a paper jam and remove the paper.  But, then I got the message to again turn off printer and remove and re-install.  Not sure why this  is popping up again.  Please advise what I should do.

 

2.  When the printer was working after it was though to be fix I send a doc to the print que and the printer starts as if it is going to print, but the doc leaves the que and nothing prints.
