We recently upgraded our internet to ATT Fiber. It is the only home network we have. Our HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One Printer - A910a Wireless Network Test Report indicates we are connected to the network. With the previous internet service we were able to wirelessly print, but now, our Windows 10 laptop doesn't find the printer, so I can't add it. I've tried finding it via IP address and Hostname, but it is never found. I've tried updating to the HP Full Feature printer driver and the HP Basic Driver, but the laptop is never able to find the printer on the network.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Could you please clarify your printer's IP Address as listed on the report?
On your PC, search for CMD and launch Command Prompt.
Type IPCONFIG and press the enter key, then locate the IPv4 address of your PC (you may need to scroll up a bit)
What is the IP Address of your computer?

Sorry, but I am not comfortable giving out our IP addresses. I used ipconfig yesterday to get the address for the laptop. The printer IP address is identified on the Wireless Network Test Report as well as the HP Network Congifuration Page reports I generated on the printer.
On the laptop, I tried to add the printer and it wasn't found. Then I selected the "The printer that I want wasn't found" link. I tried several of the options and could never find the printer.
I also tried accessing the printer from my browser using the IP URL and couldn't find it that way either.
