Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

My printer is not responding to wireless print jobs — The HP Smart app shows the printer as “Ready” and indicates the job has been successfully sent. Test and report pages can be printed directly from the printer with no issue. Outside of the Smart app, the printer cannot be discovered (iOS, MacOS, and Windows all attempted). I have restarted the printer, unplugged the printer, removed it from the app and added it back, restarted my phone and internet connections, disconnected and reconnected the printer from and to the network, attempted the PC diagnose and repair app (which could not discover the printer), and updated the firmware. I also changed out low ink cartridges and have made sure the paper size on the printer and
