Hello, we recently purchased a VPN. Now my printer is not working and is showing as offline. I have tried many work arounds and fixes I found online but nothing seems to be getting it back up and running.
The printer is connected via wifi.
I made sure the settings in NordVPN were set to off for the setting "stay invisible on LAN" and my port settings on a main laptop on the network is set to standard TCP/IP port for the printer setup and also for our main PC that is connected via ethernet and has wifi enabled.
Again, the printer is showing as offline, the printer shows it is connected to wifi & the print queue is filling up with jobs but not moving on from there.

It's not that simple; once you activate VPN the computer is on a different network than a printer. I would recommend you to look up your VPN provider for support, you will probably get quicker help from them.
