Hello,

I need a bit more detail before I walk you through this properly, because the message “Print job created. Tap to print” usually indicates the phone is not actually sending the job to the printer — it’s waiting for you to choose a print method or complete setup.

Please confirm the following so I can narrow it down:

  1. Phone type

    • Are you printing from Android or iPhone?

  2. App used

    • Are you printing through the HP Smart app, the system print dialog, or a third-party app?

  3. Printer connection

    • Is the LaserJet connected via Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, USB to another device, or something else?

    • Does the printer show up inside the HP Smart app?

  4. Printer model

    • “Lesar jet” sounds like LaserJet — can you confirm the exact model (e.g., LaserJet MFP 135w, LaserJet 1020, etc.)?

Once I have these, I can guide you through the exact workflow. Most often this message appears when the phone is not paired to the printer or HP Smart doesn’t have permission to send jobs.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
