Hi I've changed broadband and had to link my deskjet printer to laptop to change network  which I did successfully.  But it won't print, the WiFi light is on but when try to print from my phone or tablet as I always have done, I get message that printer is offline.  Any suggestions please?

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Also, what is the current version of OS used?
