Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I have tried everything.  I have an All-in-One 8130e printer.  It is wireless.  It used to print fine, but lately I have had issues with it. I receive a message that the printer is offline.  I have tried everything HP recommends.  I found some numbers for their customer service online, but none of them work.  I paid a lot of money for this printer, and I am highly upset about not being able to use it. I read something about updating drives, but I have not found the drives needed. Can anyone help? Any suggestions?

If the printer keeps showing as offline, make sure it's still connected to the same wifi network as your computer. You can also try removing the printer from Windows, restarting both the printer and your PC, then adding it again through the HP Smart app. If that doesn't help, let me know if you're using Windows or Mac and what you've already tried so we can narrow it down.

I have a HP Office Pro Printer 8130e.  I have laptops I use and they are both HP's.  My connection is through WiFi and I am using Windows 11.  The error messaage says Driver not available.  i am not sure why I keep receiving that error.  I can't help but wonder if HP wants me to buy a new printer.  comes on the printer showing a solid blue which means it is hooked up to the internet.  I am so frustrated.  I have spent hours trying to figure htis out.  I paid a lot of money for this printer and I have not had it long.

I have tried to connect through my system by going to the settings and printer section.  I add the printer and then when I try to print, the printer is not there. I have  tried HP smart.  I am so frustrated.   I need to talk to a person.  I trtied the online chat and it was not helpful. I jsut want my printer to work.

I hope you can help me.
