Printer offline - HP says their printers doesn´t work with mesh networks!

I bought a new printer, Envy 6030e and installed it. Then the trouble started, printer offline! I tried everything I could find about this problem. No luck! Finally I contacted HP support and after testing a couple of solutions I told him that I´m running a mesh network. Then he says that their printers doesn´t work well in those. How is this possible?

Does anybody know anything about this?

Hi You misunderstood me. The printer doesn´t have to have meshfunctionality, it should work like any client. The HP representative said that HP printers work poorly in networks built on mesh technology. There shouldn´t be any problem for the printers to be in any standardized wifi network, so this must be a flaw in the product and it seems to relate to wifi connectivity. There ar so many problems with "printer offline" in this community and I don´t think they all have meshnetworks, also HP has suggested so many complicated solutions which doesn´t work for most of us. I saw one person which have had this problem since 2019!

I really think HP should do something about this problem as soon as possible!
