Thank you for sharing the details. Please follow the steps below to help connect your printer successfully:

1. First, uninstall the HP Smart app from your mobile device. Next, press and hold the Wireless button on the printer for approximately 5 seconds, until the blue light begins blinking.

2. Once done, reinstall the HP Smart app (please ensure you install the correct app) and add the printer as a new device.

3. Before starting the setup, make sure that Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your mobile device. Then, follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the connection.
