Product: OfficeJet 3833
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

OfficeJet 3833 status is fine, did all the checks and printed reports, according to my HP Laptop, Windows 10, Under settings, the printer is listed as offline.  I can not print.  HELP! Have legal papers I need to print out.  Was working fine a few days ago.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer? 

  • Are you able to print from other devices? 

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
