Product: HP DeskJet 2320 All-in-One Printer

My HP Deskjet 2320 cannot connect to... anything? I have the HP Smart app and I have used the printer once or twice (I think without USB), no problem. For quite some time now, I open the app and it's always the same: printer offline. Troubleshooting checks find no problem. So, I have even tried to connect with a USB cable instead, and it still doesn't work. Can someone help me at least scan/print with a USB connection? Does it have to be connected to the internet to scan/print even when I use a USB cable?

I really need help, please..
