Such a great compact Printer but so tired of it not working for the last three weeks,, This is the second Printer and its doing the same thing as my first, Going OFFLINE and I cant print any work out or scan anything,, The most stupid thing is that HP has sent New cartridges ,, and I cant use them...When I purchased my second printer it worked well printing scanning and that lasted for about a month,, Now I have been trying to ring HP number to speak to a human to put me to a Technician but the phone cuts out and i ring about 3 to 4 times and does it every time i have sent and email to HP and they sent a email back with a case number ,, whoppie why have a case number and not have anyone speak to me about my problem,, Someone tell me does HP give a damm once you buy a printer ???
