Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Re article https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2026537-1681507-16 I where my printer is showing offline I cannot get past Step 5. I cannot create a manual connection as neither of the URL's for the embedded server will open up in a browser (I tried 2 different browsers for this)

Neither can I get to Step 6 as it will not let me add a port.

This is for a new laptop I bought 4 mos ago that I never set up my wireless printing for. I keep getting printer offline message for this.

Assistance would be appreciated.
