Hi, My iPhone and MacBook just stopped connecting to the printer for no reason.  No router switch, no SSID/Password change and no software update (I just updated the macOS hoping this will help, but nope)

 

Currently, the printer is connected to the WiFi (router also shows connected).  The HP smart app switches between ready and offline.  If the HP smart app shows ready, I can print using the HP smart app, but won't be able to scan.

 

After trying to reset the printing system, I was not able to find the printer when I go to add a printer.  The printer, MacBook and iPhone always use the same SSID and password.

 

I tried printer reset, hard reset, restore the network, deleting app, reset printing system, switching to WPA, turn off 5GHz band, pretty much everything and still no luck. Please help! Thank you!

 

Setting are;

- Orbi AX6000 router, WPA2-personal (Wifi 100% signal for all devices)

- MacBook Pro, Ventura 13.0

- Printer EWS, Airprint on (had to use ethernet to get into EWS, won't able to connect using WiFi)
