HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

Having trouble with a HP Officejet 4650 all in one printer. I uninstalled and reinstalled  printer software and drivers. I have used the printers Wizard setup to connect to the network. The HP desktop is connected to the Wi-Fi. The PC states the printer is offline. How do you fix this issue?

I'd like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Perform the steps from this document which says offline printer in Windows or macOS

 

Update the firmware by selecting the current OS: Click here
