@Taniac78, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand how frustrating that can be! Let's try a few steps to get your HP printer back online:
Restart Devices: Turn off your printer, computer, and router. Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on. This can clear any temporary issues.
Check Network Connection: Ensure your printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Move the printer closer to the router if needed.
Use HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device. Use the Diagnose & Fix tool within the app to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Update Printer Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website.
HP Print and Scan Doctor: Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This can automatically detect and fix many common printer issues. Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe
Re-add Printer: If your printer has a touchscreen, use the Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network. For printers without a touchscreen, use the HP Smart app or Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) to reconnect.
