Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer tried to perform a Test page. It then printed a series of machine code text line from base operating system for 3 pages, then printed the code line  01B0F101B0F1.... across the page, line after line for a full 57 pages before I caught it and stopped the task or it would have run until the paper tray was empty. ??? Spoke to HP support and they said it was NOT POSSIBLE and something I DID??  Any Thoughts?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
