Printer problems

My printer will not print out a filled in form, just the blank form, no typed in data.  Or a report that has a border, just the border, no data.

The printer has worked fine until these two incidences in the last week.  There have been no changes to the printer or anything else.

Completed forms can be tricky.

If the form cannot be printed from the website,

Try

Download > Saving content as a PDF > Print the saved file.

Some browsers do better with forms than others, too.

Try a different browser.

Some forms are protected when the author of the form adds security to the content to prevent printing as a "completed" or filled-in form.  Some legal forms are protected against copying the completed form - for example, those provided by the government or insurance companies might allow printing of the blank form but not the completed form.

If nothing else works, try using "Snip" to grab an image of the form from the browser - save the image > Print that.

Avoid Screenshots altogether – Capture what you want from the screen.

Create a Snip of the information on the page > save the snipped image as a .jpg file > print that file.
